Conflict of interest/paid editing

Hello. Could you please elaborate on your userpage statement "I have a conflict of interest with Vertex Sky Sports, as I am involved in the company’s marketing activities" ? Please be aware that if you are being paid by this company, then it is not enough to say that you have a conflict of interest. A higher and mandatory level of disclosure as a paid editor is required, as per Wikipedia's paid editing disclosure policy. Hi Ruby,

Per your email, I do not believe the sources provided show the draft neets our notability requirements for companies. Companies must be discussed in depth in multiple reliable, secondary sources; social media posts such as Facebook and Youtube do not confer notability, neither do passing mentions of a company and it's products. Whilst you are able to try and publish a draft about this org through the AfC process, I do not believe the company is notable enough to pass review as an experienced AfC reviewer myself. I know this is dissapointing, but it's important to remember creating an article here is probably the most difficult task a newcomer can do, and there are many other ways you can contribute to the project, so please don't let it deter you from becoming a valuable contributor!

Of course, if you do still wish for thr contents of the article to be restored to your user sandbox please let me know and I can do so. CoconutOctopus talk 09:30, 9 September 2025 (UTC)
