Milton E. Potter is an American politician. He serves as a Democratic member for the St. Thomas-St. John district of the Virgin Islands Legislature.[1][2] Before serving as a Senator, Potter served as the Director of Personnel during the administration of Governor Kenneth Mapp.[3]
