San Sperate (Sardinian: Santu Sperau) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northwest of Cagliari. It has a population of 8 323 and an area of 26.2 square kilometres (10.1 mi2).[2]
