The Shops at Wiregrass is a regional outdoor shopping mall located off of interstate 75 in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The mall is owned by TriGate Capital.[1][2]
Amenities
The mall features 97 stores and restaurants.[3] The anchors of the mall are Macy's, JCPenney, and Dillard's and the two mini-anchors are Barnes & Noble and Pottery Barn.[4]
History
The Shops at Wiregrass opened on October 30, 2008. The grand opening for the mall was a 2-day event that hosted several activities.[5] The mall was originally owned by Forest City Development.[4]
In 2017, the mall was sold to Queensland Investment Corporation in a bundle of 10 retail malls for $3.2 billion. The amount paid for the Shops at Wiregrass is unknown.[6]
In 2023, Trigate Capital bought the Shops at Wiregrass for $70.5 million.[2]
