You might have noticed that you have access to a tutorial and suggested edits. It's recommended that you take advantage of this, as it'll make learning how to edit Wikipedia easier.

Re: RM on Talk: Leg Warmers
Thanks for being bold and pluralising the title of the page! I can see that you're pretty new to editing, so just a heads-up: next time you want to do something like this and can't due to technical restrictions, you should do it by posting a request at WP:RM/TR under the "uncontroversial technical requests" section.
Do note: you should only do something like this without discussion if it's something obvious and uncontroversial like this pluralisation change; otherwise a requested move, like the one you opened on the talk page, is the way to go.
