Sources
Opening a separate thread for discussion about sources and referencing. If anyone sees issues with reliability or redundancy, please let me know. Leo Fux (talk) 16:18, 4 November 2025 (UTC)
CoI note – company has shut down
As the former CEO of Cybershoes GmbH, I acknowledge that this connection is a conflict of interest under Wikipedia’s COI guidelines.
My only intention is to document this part of VR history neutrally. The company has shut down, so there is no promotional aspect involved and I am not a paid editor: https://www.roadtovr.com/vrs-quirkiest-locomotion-device-cybershoes-shuts-down/
I try to describe the topic neutrally and based on the published sources. Since I still have access to the media assets, I can provide images later if there is consensus.
Feedback from uninvolved editors is very welcome. Leo Fux (talk) 14:41, 30 November 2025 (UTC)
Resubmission note
I have revised the draft throughout for clarity, sourcing, and neutral tone. All statements are now closely aligned with the cited references, and promotional or vague phrasing has been removed. For transparency: I have a COI as the former CEO of Cybershoes GmbH (now dissolved), so I am working carefully from published sources. If anything still needs adjustment, I would appreciate specific pointers. Leo Fux (talk) 15:24, 30 November 2025 (UTC)
