Hello, I'm SuperPianoMan9167. An edit that you recently made to Draft:Cybershoes seemed to be generated using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology). Text produced by these applications is usually unsuitable for an encyclopedia, and may contain factually inaccurate statements, fictitious citations, or other problems. You should instead read reliable sources and then summarize those in your own words. Your edit may have been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. SuperPianoMan9167 (talk) 19:15, 29 September 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for flagging this. I am still in the process of expanding and verifying the draft, and all information is being carefully checked against reliable sources. Once the draft is stable, I will provide a full note regarding compliance with WP:LLMPOLICY and address the maintenance tag accordingly. Leo Fux (talk) 13:49, 3 October 2025 (UTC)
- Hi @SuperPianoMan9167, thanks again for keeping an eye on possible LLM-related issues. I noticed that the utm_source=chatgpt.com in five reference URLs most likely triggered the concern. These tracking parameters were not intentional and have now been removed. All text in the draft is based on the cited sources, and I have been careful to avoid any unsourced or speculative content. I fully share your goal of keeping Wikipedia free from unreliable AI-generated material. If you spot anything else doubtful, please let me know — I’d be glad to fix it. - @Michael Bieglmayer, your only edit so far has been to post this talk page reply. Are you the same person as Leo Fux using a different account, or are you two simply different people collaborating with each other? If this is not your only account, it would probably be a good idea to disclose it on your user page with a template like {{Alternative account}}. Using multiple accounts is generally not allowed unless the alternate accounts are only used for legitimate contributions and with proper disclosure. See the Wikipedia policy on sockpuppetry for more info. SuperPianoMan9167 (talk) 20:10, 3 October 2025 (UTC)
- Hi @SuperPianoMan9167,
- thanks for checking. I confirm that User:Leo Fux is my secondary account, disclosed on both pages with {{UserboxCOI}} and {{Alternative account}}.
- This setup separates uploads (Michael Bieglmayer) from neutral editing (Leo Fux), fully in line with WP:SOCK and WP:COI.
- Please let me know if you have any remaining questions about the LLM notice or the draft itself. Michael Bieglmayer (talk) 18:38, 4 October 2025 (UTC)
- Here are two tips:
- To generate a link to a template without invoking it, as I did above, use the {{Template link}} template. You can do this by typing
{{tl|Example}}, which produces {{Example}}. Note that templates often put pages in categories and so just calling the template itself can lead to unintended categorization. - When writing a comment, merely using the @ symbol is not enough to generate a notification or "ping". Instead, you must have both a link to the user's user page and your signature in the same edit. An easy way to do this is to type
{{ping|Example}}and sign your post (either automatically or manually with~~~~) in the same edit, which will send a notice to User:Example. When using the DiscussionTools extension, which you do when clicking "Reply" or "New topic", typing @ will bring up a list of users in the conversation that you can select to ping.

- @SuperPianoMan9167: thanks again for your feedback. The
utm_source=chatgpt.comparameters were removed in this edit. LLMs were only used as a writing aid to rephrase sourced material into a neutral tone; all text was independently verified per WP:LLMPOLICY. - Unless you have further concerns, I’ll remove the Large language models tag in a few days.Leo Fux (talk) 17:02, 11 October 2025 (UTC)

Hello Leo Fux. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being employed (or being compensated in any way) by a person, group, company or organization to promote their interests. Paid advocacy on Wikipedia must be disclosed even if you have not specifically been asked to edit Wikipedia. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Leo Fux. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Leo Fux|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Your COI statement is insufficient. You have identified yourself on your user page as the inventor and co-founder of Cybershoes 🇵🇸🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦🇵🇸 15:39, 27 October 2025 (UTC)

As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Leo Fux, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Leo Fux|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. 🇵🇸🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦🇵🇸 19:35, 27 October 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you for your message. To clarify: I am the inventor and former CEO of Cybershoes GmbH, which has been dissolved in 2025. I have therefore declared a conflict of interest (COI) on the draft page.
- I am not receiving any compensation for my edits, nor do I have any commercial involvement with the company, as it no longer exists. My sole intention is to ensure that the history and technology of Cybershoes are accurately and neutrally documented.
